1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MyTiffinExpress website and subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

MyTiffinExpress offers automated weekly meal kit deliveries. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Modifications: You may modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff period (Saturday at 11:59 PM EST).
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your raw credit card information.
  • Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.

3. Dietary Allergies & Preferences

While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences (such as Vegan, Jain, or Gluten-Free), our meals are prepared in a facility that also processes major allergens including nuts, dairy, soy, and wheat. Cross-contamination is possible. It is the responsibility of the customer to review ingredients if they suffer from severe dietary allergies.

4. Delivery Limitations

We currently serve New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. Delivery windows are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Drivers will attempt to follow provided delivery instructions, but we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
